THE Narrawong Holiday Park controversy continues with members of the Narrawong Foreshore Committee attempting to distance themselves from the fence that has angered some locals and tourists.
Portland police are also investigating weekend vandalism at the site, with a hole cut into the new fence that extends from the tennis court enclosure to the river’s edge, and street signs being dumped in the caravan park.
Allegations and counter-allegations are flowing fast at the popular coastal and riverfront site, which is divided over the fence that limits beach, river and store access from the park.
