THE world’s fastest sedans will be raising money for Make-a-Wish Australia when they race at Fuchs South Coast Speedway.
Slamfest For Wishes will be held over February 3 and 4, and will feature Top Doorslammers.
Cars in this class are capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in .9 of a second and of covering the 1/8th Mile track in 3.9 seconds at speeds of 320 km/h.
Distinguished competitors will include John Zappia, Peter Kapiris, Victor Bray, Ben Bray, Maurice Fabietti, Gary Phillips, Phil Glendenning, Marcus Chambers, Frank Mammone and Russell Pavey.
Racing will also be held in seven other brackets; Junior Dragster, Modified, Bike, Super Street, Super Gas, Super Sedan, and Supercharged Outlaws.
