HAMILTON prodigy Melissa Tapper has been named in the 2012 Australian Paralympic Team after the Australian Paralympic Committee officially announced the Table Tennis team that will head to London.
Tapper will compete in the class 10 singles and team events, joining fellow Victorian Rebecca McDonnell in a team of two to take on the world in London this August.
It will be the first Paralympic Games for the 22-year-old, who in the last 18 months has rocketed to the top of her sport.
