A MAN is in hospital after hitting several trees and rolling his car outside Dunkeld on Thursday afternoon.
The sole occupant of the vehicle was travelling west towards Dunkeld on the Glenelg Hwy about two km outside of town when the accident occurred just after midday.
Hamilton Police said the man suffered a combination of non-life threatening injures and was taken to Hamilton Base Hospital for x-rays.
A hospital spokesperson said the man, who is aged in his 40s, was expected to be discharged yesterday.
A Myamyn farmer who witnessed the crash said he had never seen anything like it.
