THE shed will be a popular venue for many people throughout the
nation tomorrow as they gather to watch the telecast of the AFL
grand final between Hawthorn and Sydney.
Portland’s Jeremy Rundell has his shed ready, already well prepared for
a few of his friends to watch the big game with footy colours, seating, a
bar, food, refreshments and a TV.
As people gather at your grand final party, barbecue, shed or home to
watch the big game, why not share your day’s fun or victory with our
readers.
Take a picture or two, early on and then share in the fun of the season’s
finale – or you might show us your shed, or location for the grand final
fun. No images of people affected by alcohol can be published. Likewise,
nudity, or offensive words or gestures will not be published in the
newspaper.
Please include details of people’s names and your daytime phone number,
so we can check details if needed.
You can email the pictures to news@observer.net.au; text (as MMS) 0427 383 088 or
post them on our Facebook site www.facebook.com/Portland.Observer.Guardian.
