Second man charged with murder

A SECOND man was last week charged with murder in relation to the shooting death of Troy Hocking.

Dylan Robertson, 32, ofPortland, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates’ Court just after 4pm last Thursday.

Police Prosecutor Sergeant Sandra Skilton made an application for Robertson to be remanded in custody until February 12 next year to appear in court again for a committal mention hearing.

Robertson is the second man to be charged with the murder of Mr Hocking, after he suffered a gunshot wound last Monday and later died in theRoyal Melbourne Hospital.

Leonardo Sciascia, 26, of Heywood, the other man charged with murder appeared in the Warrnambool Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
