THEY say you should never date the people you work with, but when Kym Noonan looked at colleague Rod Betts that rule was all but forgotten.
While not all office relationships work, Kym and Rod’s romance blossomed and they chose Valentine’s Day as their day to tie the knot.
The pair first met at Iluka, when Rod bought a mineral sample into the lab where Kym was working.
While that moment had no cinematic special effects of flying doves or heart confetti, both Kym and Rod said they felt a spark between them.
