LOCAL trainers David Lewis and Kevin Brough each have a runner in the $60,000 Horsham Cup to be run tomorrow afternoon.
Abettorpunt and Cheap Tint have both accepted for the event with Cheap Tint perhaps getting the better draw off the front of the mobile and Abettorpunt to start from gate 8 on the inside of the second row.
However, they both will be up against strong contenders with Smoken Up, Mah Sish, Im Corzin Terror and the very impressive Margaret Lee trained Keayang Streamer, who won very well first up from a spell just recently.
Smoken Up, the crowd favourite all over Australia, will start from the front in the 6 alley and should from there go straight to the front after having a duel with Mah Sish from the 1 alley.
Mathew Craven, who will steer Abettorpunt, will be hoping to get a good start from the inside gate and if the chance is there I am sure will be vying to sit outside Smoken Up for part of the journey.
If that chance does not go his way then he can hope to get a sit behind the leaders and hope for a run in the home straight.
