YOUNG people will next week get the opportunity to build a house inside a hall – and the end product will only be bound be their own imaginations.
The Imaginatorium, organised by Luke Axisa and Rune Richardson Plasto of Side Projects together with the Glenelg Shire Council’s summer holiday program, is a project to design and build a house inside the Drill Hall which will then be opened to the public.
“The idea is for the youths to build an installation of a house using found and recycled objects,” Rune said.
“There will be lots of brain storming and mood boards to come up with the ideas for what the house will be like,” she said.
