IF you don’t know Ian Black from the Hamilton History Centre you probably know him from the Uniting Church, or Rotary.
You might even know him from the CFA – he was secretary of the Buckley Swamp brigade for 18 years.
It’s fair to say most people know Mr Black.
His wide-spread community involvement is what has seen him named Southern Grampians Shire’s Citizen of the Year.
Mr Black will be presented with his award tomorrow as the council celebrates Australia Day and recognises the movers and shakers in the Southern Grampians community.
