CARS towing boat trailers will have to pay a $10 daily or up to $110 annually to park at Portland’s foreshore from July 1 under a draft report being considered by the Glenelg Shire Council.
Parking is currently free at the foreshore.

A spokeswoman for the council said on Monday that a $55 annual pass would be available to all shire ratepayers and concession holders.
