TYRENDARRA has trounced Dartmoor in a lopsided game of netball at the Tyrendarra Recreation Reserve on Saturday.
The contest looked to be heading for a whitewash early when Tyrendarra jumped out of the blocks to register an 11-goal lead at the first change.
Rapid ball movement was on full display as several end to end transitions resulted in quick scoring opportunities.
It was a tale of two sides, with Dartmoor unable to gain clean possession while Tyrendarra produced a slick style of game which was encapsulated with precise and quick ball movement.
Star player Meagan Bothe has moved to Gold Coast for work opportunities although Emma Baulch slotted into the side and made an instant impression.
Baulch’s height was a large factor as she rebounded strongly and restricted Dartmoor’s scoring opportunities.
Tyrendarra coach Kylie Kane said she was pleased with Baulch’s game.
