A WOMAN has been committed to stand trial on indecency charges, including exposing her breasts to a child under the age of 16.
Diane Marie Brimble, 46, was committed to trial on 10 charges in the Melbourne County Court. She will face a directions hearing later this month.
Ms Brimble was charged with nine indictable offences including wilfully committing an indecent act by exposing her breasts to a child under the age of 16, and attempting to hug a child under the age of 16 while exposing her breasts.
The offences allegedly took place between January and April last year.
Other charges during the same period relate to kissing a child on the lips and cheek, hugging a child and stroking the back of a child’s neck.
Ms Brimble was also charged with using a carriage service to transmit indecent communication, to procure, and to groom a child under the age of 16.
