A YOUNG Penshurst athlete is aiming to reach new heights in the unique sport of equestrian vaulting.
Nine-year-old Ella Cameron was one of four south-west vaulters to travel to Melbourne to compete in their first competition as part of the Van Someren Equestrian team at Sunbury’s Sugargum Farm.
Vaulting can be best described as gymnastics on horseback.
