WITH a dream of competing at the Olympics, Hamilton’s Amy Williams is one step closer after being selected to represent Victoria at the National Equestrian Interschool Championships.
After attending the Victorian State Equestrian Interschool Championships last week in Werribee and taking out the primary school 90 centimetre show jumping championships, Amy is one of two selected to represent Victoria.
Only 11-years-old, the St Mary’s Primary School student said she had been riding since she was five and did so because it was fun.
