SOUTHERN Grampians Shire Council has been told the shire’s operations have “performed reasonably well” in the 2014 community satisfaction survey.
The shire was slightly below average in some areas and customer service ratings have slipped back compared with 2013.
A new “streamlined” customer request computer system and VicRoads falling behind on maintenance were offered as explanations for some of the poorer results.
