THE tale of two loveable guinea pigs stolen from Kalbarri Kindergarten have now made news bulletins over the region, inspiring hope that their captors will be held accountable for their selfish actions.
Guinea pigs Kal and Barri hit the mainstream media Wednesday night when reports of the break-in surfaced on both Win News and 7 News, much to the surprise of Kalbarri Kindergarten teaching director Melanie Bunk.
“I couldn’t believe it,” Ms Bunk said.
“It’s quite amazing that it was picked up, I didn’t see it, but I’ve had people tell me about it popping up on the news bulletin.”
