NORTH Hamilton Ladies Auxiliary members have fundraised and donated $5000 to Western District Health Service (WDHS) to purchase a Welch Allyn Vital Signs Monitor.
WDHS surgical and midwifery staff members hosted an afternoon tea to thank them for all their hard work in the past 12 months selling raffle tickets in the constantly changing weather.
The Vital Signs Monitor will be located at the Hamilton Base Hospital Surgical Unit and is used to accurately determine patient’s blood pressure, pulse rates and oxygen levels electronically.
