GREENS candidate for Western Victoria Region, Lloyd Davies is hoping that volunteer efforts and farmer anger over unconventional gas will deliver his party the balance of power.
Mr Davies was in the region late last week and over the weekend with Victorian Greens leader Greg Barber.
They told supporters that an extra Green in the upper house come November would give the party significant influence over all legislation that passed through both houses of Parliament.
