CAVENDISH’S Chris Faille is the talk of the town since winning the Eve Pownall Award in the 2014 Children’s Book Council of Australia Book of the Year Awards with his book ‘Jeremy’.
He never thought his book would be published yet alone win Australian Book of the Year for its category.
“It’s quite surprising and I’m a little bit embarrassed about it,” he said.
