A MEN’S health night at Active Health Portland next week will be held with the hope of encouraging men to take better care of their health.
Organisers hope the night will inspire men to eat better, exercise more and take more regular trips to the doctor.

“A lot of men will only go to the doctor at the last resort,” Mr Leonard said.
