Bill Meldrum  |  THE State Government is hoping work will start in December on an eastbound overtaking lane at a notorious stretch of the Princes Highway at Greenwald. Member for South-West Coast Denis Napthine announced the $2.9 million, 1.7 kilometre project on Friday.
