Spectator-Observer Partnership  |  A CROWD of more than 400 riders of all ages gathers at Hanlon Park for the inaugural Beats Cycle for Hope ahead of the 10am departure for Cape Bridgewater. Event organiser and cancer battler Paul Beatty addressed the event’s supporters at Cape Bridgewater following the 22km ride. The Beats Cycle for Hope was a project of the Rotary Club of Portland.
