Boat ramp upgrade for two years’ use

Huw Cushing  |  THE main Portland boat ramp is being upgraded at a cost of $251,000 as an interim measure ahead of the construction of a new four-lane boat ramp, but the Glenelg Shire Council says some materials will be recycled.
