Spectator-Observer Partnership  |  PORTLAND District Health (PDH) director of nursing Frank Megens has outlined the efforts the service’s surgical and accident and emergency (A&E) teams played in providing initial care last Monday to a 20-year-old man who has been shot in the stomach.
