Grampians shell shocked by Hadden’s late spell
STEVE Hadden is still pinching himself after a day out with the ball against Grampians in the Hamilton and District Cricket Association’s B grade on Saturday, completing two separate hatricks and finishing the day with 7-22 off 11 overs.
Tarrington played host to Grampians on the Tarrington Turf and the Tigers went in as heavy favourites but no one expected the carnage of 17 wickets to fall on one day.
Hadden is known for his line and length bowling and always attacks the stumps, giving him the best opportunity to take wickets at will.
Coming into this match, Hadden already had three hatricks to his name, which is already a great tally as many bowlers struggle to take one but with two more coming in this contest Hadden now has an amazing five hatricks.
