Rural land use angst
A LEADING Portland real estate agent and agricultural land owner has called for the Glenelg Shire’s Draft Rural Land Strategy to be drastically changed.
Michael Goldby, who is a director of Dundas Coastal Real Estate, said he believed the vast majority of the report should be revamped.
“There are some good points, keep them, but start again – revamp the strategy,” he said.
The draft strategy was done by Melbourne consultants RMCG and is currently open for public submissions until May 25.
