Women’s wellbeing expo this coming Saturday
WOMEN’S Health Week is the time for women to put themselves first, for just one week, and start making positive changes that can last a lifetime.
To help effect change, Portland Women in Business and SEA Change Portland are holding the third annual Wellbeing Expo, a free community event focused on enhancing local women’s health and wellbeing on Saturday, September 7.
Event spokesperson Karina Hogan said the event will feature stalls, speakers and workshops.
“It’s about enhancing women’s health and wellbeing,” Ms Hogan said.
“This year we’ll be focusing on lifestyle tips and strategies to deal with its many stresses by getting back to basics.
“The day promises to provide expert tips, advice, and a wide range of educational and informative products on how to get the most out of life and improve their wellbeing for women of all ages.”
